Looking for REFX Consultant for a contract Position
Budget: ₹60,000 – ₹200,000 INR
Roles and Responsibilities:
Have minimum 4+ years SAP Refx and FICO functional experience, Skilled in implementation, customization and maintenance of SAP ReFx module
2. Should have at least 3 ETE implementation experience
3. Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA
4. Strong Experience in the field of SAP as FICO, REFX and Treasury (TRM) Management
5. Real Estate Flexible management, Enterprise Structure, Financial Accounting Global Settings, General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting and Controlling.
6. Knowledge in 3rd Party tools in leasing and contract management can also be an advantage.
7. Reconciliation of AR, AP and Bank accounts.
10. Good Exposure in Preparation of Trial Balance, P&L Account and Balance Sheet. SAP REFX:
11. Strong knowledge on Integration of SAP Real Estate Flexible Management (REFX) with Sales force for automatic creation of Contracts, Renewal, Termination and Inbound and Outbound Interfaces.
12. Implemented requirements of IFRS 16 (FAS 13) Straight lining of Long term leases and Revenue recognition.
13. Implemented Accruals and Deferrals of lease-outs according to the basic principles of FAS13 and US-GAAP
14. Scenarios in REFX Module Master data, Customized Developments, Transaction data.
