We are a Philly-based Airbnb owner who needs help with financial reports. We are a growing business with the potential of expanding. We are looking for someone resilient, easy to work with, and has a background with the tasks below.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
You will need to verify Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Occupancy Rates are correct
Create invoices for partners to pay us every Friday
Someone who will also make sure that tax forms are done properly for independent contractors and work to minimize expenses and create plans to increase profits
Work Schedule:
10:30 AM - 3 PM EST (4 Hours) Monday and Thursday
Pay will be weekly, Salary details will be discussed during the interview.
