I'm seeking a financial expert to create an Excel spreadsheet that projects the financial trajectory of an investment portfolio as it transitions from an operating company to three holding companies. These holding companies will serve the purpose of funding life insurance premiums.
Key components of the project include:
- Annual funding of a life insurance policy from the investment portfolio, coupled with a life insurance premium loan each year. This should detail the interest rate, annual deductions, and the net cost of the loan.
- Retirement amounts for each of the three holding companies, sourced from both the insurance and investments, from ages 71 to 90.
- Demonstrating the accumulated growth of the portfolio, with $3.9M in each holding company, and life insurance death benefits in each holding company set at $2.5M, $2.7M, and $2.9M respectively. This also includes a CDA Credit of $7M, $7.5M, and $8.1M at life expectancy.
I will provide a notes page that serves as a roadmap and includes all necessary data. The final deliverable should be in an editable Excel format, allowing for name and number modifications.
