You will be looking at "Simply Good" Foods Company Fiscal 2020 Overview, 10-K, and Earnings and answering these questions:
1. Calculate the FY adjusted EBITDA and the adjusted gross leverage- Use only excerpts I provide from FY2020 earnings presentation and 10-K provided to answer.
2. Calculate 5-10 credit risks and mitigants
3. What other due diligence or follow-up items would you ask for in order to make your decision?
4. Would you recommend that we (as a company) should participate in this revolver and why?
