Job Brief

Vincitori is a budding organization in the additive manufacturing space with more than 22 team members spread across the globe.

This job post is for the role of Investment Banker with expertise in raising capital and closing deals. You will be a part of the senior leadership team with responsibility of bringing investment from VC, Business angels, grants, loans, or private debt.

Prime Goals of the Chief Financial Officer
• Manage and assess the capital structure and fundraising strategies of the organization
• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their unique investment goals
• Suggest investment products based on client needs
• Make adjustments to client investments over time, such as switching to a lower-risk investment as a client reaches retirement age
• Manage and issue client documents, including monthly or yearly portfolio reports
• Manage risk by examining the organization's investments and liabilities
• When choosing investment methods, take cash and liquidity concerns into account.
• Develop organization prospects by researching economic trends and revenue opportunities; forecasting acquisition and expansion prospects; reviewing organization operations; identifying chances for improvement, cost reduction, and system enhancement; and accumulating funds to support expansion.

Some Insight On the Qualifications Our Ideal Investment Banking Officer Has
 Proven 2 to 8 years’ experience, helping the company with engaging investments
 In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
 An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
 BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
