Institution Training Concept Note & Budget -- 2
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm in need of a professional who can help me put think a concept note and budget for an internal training initiative within my organization.
- The target group for the training is an organization with approximately 35,000 employees. I am the the facilitator of the training and we will be using the framework from Living Works (safeTALK ).
- This training must be delivered in-person within the organization of 3500 staff spread across the globe however priority must be given to the following groups, managers, Team leaders, HR, HSD, Security, Family liaison focal points.
- I would need a concept note on possibly costs, a time frame for deliver and someone that can help me think about putting together this concept note.
- Each living works safe TALK kit costs around $20 USD.
The right candidate for this project should have a strong background in:
- Concept Note & Budgeting: Proficiency in drafting concise and effective concept notes and budget breakdowns.
- Training Management: Prior experience in managing large-scale training programs, preferably within corporate or institutional settings.
- Subject Matter Expertise: A good understanding of time management, cost efficiency, and training scheduling.
