Information Memorandum and Company Valuation Review

I am seeking a skilled financial and investment professional to critically review an Information Memorandum and Financial Excel spreadsheets complete with Company Valuation for a startup company. The purpose of the project is to verify the financial projections and calculations of Net Present Value, Discount Cash Flow and Venture Capital valuation methods which have been used to determine the worth of the company. Also checking and validation of IRR, WACC and ROI values and calculations. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial analysis and be able to provide a comprehensive report on the company's value and accuracy of the financial spreadsheets and information in the Information Memorandum. The project should be completed within 7 days. Some of the key skills required for this job include:
