Horror Movie Executive Production Funding

Job ID: 37888618

Budget: £5,000 – £10,000 GBP

I am in search of an executive producer/movie financier to either provide or secure funding for my low-budget horror movie project "Serial Killer" which is based on my book "Dead Flesh" published by Ocluaris Infernum under my psuedonym Aeon X Syntronica.

In the specifics:
- My movie falls within the horror genre.
- The estimated runtime for the completed film is anticipated to be between 1 and 2 hours.
- The screenplay for the movie has been written.
- The storyboard is complete.
- The shooting script has been prepared.
- The sound track has been composed and recorded and will be synced to the finished film.
- The crew required to shoot the movie have been recruited.
- A budget list has been created for equipment & props etc.

I only require a budget of £10,000. The reason why the budget for this film is so low is because I will be undertaking a lot of the work myself in order to keep the production costs down. In addition to this, I have recruited several movie school graduates with BA (Hons) to assist me and they are all prepared to work for a percentage (back end) rather than settle for a fee for their services.

In return for financing my project you will receive 5% of whatever the movie earns from cinema receipts, DVD sales, Video on Demand, and Streaming when I have secured a distribution deal. Naturally, this deal is subject to risk just like any other business venture and the money invested will only be re-cooperated when the movie shows a profit. However, It is a well-known fact in the movie business that no horror movie has ever lost money and with the production costs on this project so incredibly low, I am extremely confident you will receive a substantial return on your investment.

Experience and Skills are not necessary as this is my first movie project but if you have have any of the Skills listed below, it would be a bonus because most of these tasks will be undertaken by myself and some extra support would be greatly appreciated:
- Prior experience in film production, particularly in the horror genre.
- Proven record of securing funding for similar projects.
- Excellent understanding of the movie production process.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills for obtaining the best resources for the film.

This role requires an individual who is passionate about horror films and is keen to be involved in the development process of an exciting new project.
