What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain 100% accuracy in financial records
Produce financial statements within T+5 days of month-end
Ensure a smooth month-end closing process with swift corrections
Send invoices within 24 hours of service
Maintain a 95%+ collection rate within 30 days
Optimize the cash conversion cycle for faster receivables and longer payables
Process payroll accurately and on time every cycle
Ensure tax withholdings and compliance are met
Prepare and file tax documents before deadlines with zero penalties
Maintain T+12 forecasts and discuss them in business reviews
Track weekly cash flow forecasts and identify cost-saving opportunities
Use QuickBooks and Google Sheets to generate reports and track performance
Constant communication and collaboration
