I'm in need of a seasoned recruiter with over 5 years of experience in sourcing high-paying roles, who can apply for jobs on my behalf. Your goal is to secure me an appealing mid-level and senior level positions in the Technology or Finance industry, on an international scale.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in recruitment, particularly for mid-level and senior level positions positions
- Extensive insights in the Technology and Finance industries
- Exceptional application and communication skills
- Ability to understand and match my skills and experiences with job requirements
Compensation Structure:
- Starting retainer of 100 EUR per month
- Bonus of 20 EUR for every interview I go to
- Significant bonus of 25% my first monthly payment of you securing an attractive job. Min 1-2K EUR
