Co-Founder & Manager For Startup
Budget: €50,000 – €0 EUR
I'm looking for a co-founder who will also serve as the manager of my new company. This is a broad role which includes:
1. Financial Management: The candidate will be responsible for budget planning and management, investment analysis and decision making, as well as risk management. Your ability to make informed investment decisions and plan strategically for financial growth is key.
2. Team Management: Leading the team to ensure productivity, managing team dynamics, and being responsible for building a positive and efficient work environment. Previous experience leading a team is desirable.
3. Business Development: This includes identifying opportunities for growth, fostering relationships with partners and customers, and introducing innovative strategies that will push the company forward. Prior experience in growing a company would be beneficial.
The successful applicant will are also expected to take on a co-founder role, owning 49% of the company. Therefore, someone with past experience in a start-up environment and comfortable making executive decisions is desirable.
I need a manager for the exposed on business plan (as pitch deck described and extensively formed in attachment provided)project but also for another very important project coming,and artificial intelligence Forex trade platform.
It is gonna be a partnership with option of +20 years and several investment projects.
Manager has to take care also of the head team members recruitment.
Me as Founder and the manager have to negotiate with international investment entities and any other potential partners.
To be negotiated a basic salary.
