You will be tested on a demo account first of $10K. There will be no drawdown rules you will have full control of capital, we want to see how you utilize the capital with your risk management and creative skills of your strategy. Interviews will start immediately. The successful candidates will be offered a package after demo results for one month to join the firm full time.
