The purpose of this project proposal is to evaluate and recommend the most suitable financing option for Company X's portfolio acquisition from Bank Y, considering the liquidity shortage in the market. The three financing options available to the company include Deferred Portfolio Purchase, Sukuk Vanilla Swap, and Amortization SUKUK Guarantee by the Ministry of Finance.
