Financial model / Business Plan / Budget - Convenience Store Chain

We are a convenience store Chain with over 26 stores and expected to double by next year. Looking to build a financial model for purpose of internal planning a d potential future fund raising as well - P&L , Balance Sheet, Cashflow
Model to also be robust to allow budget plan with staff for FY2023 and auto adjustment of forward year projection based on rolling budget. Budget broken into 2 key aspect - Store Operations (Made up of Store supervisor + Retail Assistance) and HQ (Store Operations - Area Managers, Warehouse / distribution as we have 70% of buying done centrally and delivered to shops periodically, Human Resources, Finance and Accounts, Purchasing, Merchandising, Marketing, Projects - Store Opening Team / Business Development. Currently we are 130 man team
We have been in business since 2020. There are 2 years of audited accounts we can provide along with data collected from our POS system as well management accounts up to 3Q 2022. Capex cost listing can also be provided along with details of spend based on store plan - Small / Medium / Large ( can be categorised)
