I’m a student currently enrolled in a financial modeling bootcamp as part of a professional development rotation in investment strategy. This is a non-commercial, educational project intended purely to improve my understanding of financial modeling and investment evaluation.

I’m looking for a freelancer to help build:

A 3-statement financial model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

A Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation

A 1–2 page executive summary

A clear, well-structured presentation deck (5–10 slides) summarizing the model and investment perspective

All the inputs and background information (including a cheat sheet and company documents) are ready and will be provided.

Deliverables:

Excel file with the 3-statement model and DCF

Executive summary (Word or PDF)

PowerPoint presentation (suitable for explaining to non-financial audiences)
