Financial Projections for Ice Cream Shop

I am seeking a skilled and experienced financial analyst to assist in drafting the financial projections section of a business plan. The project is focused on opening a 40sqm Italian ice cream shop located in one of the best walking streets in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Projections: Utilize the assumed costs provided to estimate the future financial performance of the business.
- Hypothetical Financial Statements: Prepare simplified financial statements, including:
Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Calculations and Considerations: Provide clear and concise calculations, including key assumptions and considerations that underpin the financial projections.
- Sale Channels: In door store and delivery

Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably with small businesses or F&B projects.
- Ability to create financial projections based on provided assumptions.
