Financial Projections

I would like a set of 3-year financial projections for the development of a multi-family home in Tampa - Zephyrhills Florida. Want to understand rental costs, income, relevant taxes fees and costs relevant to a 6 family multi-unit complex. I have a ROM cost breakdown for the home only not including operating costs. I want someone with expertise in this area to identify and calculate hidden or specific costs for analysis.
