Financial Modelling / 3 statement models

I am seeking help for a Leveraged Buy-Out (LBO) of a company. You will need experience with the 3 financial statements, consolidating accounts and invoice discount financing. Most of the modelling work has been done on the target business and you will need to be able to support with further modelling prior to Christmas and in January 2022.
