I'm seeking a financial expert to assess two separate companies' evaluations of a particular firm. The focus should be primarily on the financial performance of the company.
Key Tasks:
- Review the financial performance evaluation from both companies
- Analyze specific financial metrics such as revenue, profits, expenses, liabilities and cash flow
- Understand and explain the differences in valuations, specifically the valuation methods used
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong background in finance and company evaluations
- Ability to critically assess and compare evaluation reports
- Excellent understanding of various valuation methods
- Strong communication skills to explain findings clearly
both reports are in Arabic
