Financial Data Processing - Quality Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our financial data. You will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting and supporting informed decision-making.
So the job will be checking the data presented in our website [www.im-aam.com] and then if it's broken/flawed and are misrepresenting the data properly then you give a report to me for our developers to fix it and patch up the codes.
I'm seeking a Financial Data Quality Analyst with strong expertise in data validation to assist with the following:
- Validate stock market data, specifically daily prices, financial metrics and more.
- Assess the accuracy and reliability of key financial metrics, particularly the Price to Earnings ratio (P/E).
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in finance, data analysis and experience working with stock market data. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills are crucial for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on financial data from various sources, including transaction systems, market data feeds, and accounting records.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with finance, technology, and other teams to ensure data integrity.
- Document data quality issues and track their resolution.
- Support the development and maintenance of data quality reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Test and validate data from new financial systems and data integrations.
