Financial Controller Property Company North West England
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
We are a property group with 12 property companies, a management company and a building company. We need help to analyse our expenditure and to project forward to forecast likely profit and loss taking into account tax payable.
We are looking for a person with the right strategies and experience as a financial controller to help us analyse our income and expenditure and advise how we can maximise income and minimise expenditure but keeping to our high standards
We use Xero for our accounts so expertise in extracting information from Xero would be essential
This job will involve 3 to 4 days a week per month and include a day visit to one of our office in North West England
