Financial Case Analysis - Property Management

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with a Corporate case analysis for a property management case at an undergraduate level. Freelancer must have knowledge of Balanced Scorecards for Long-term corporate Strategy. I have attached the case study sample for your reference

I will provide the freelancer with a case study example so they know what is needed and how to structure the analysis as well as all the relevant materials needed to create the scorecard - (15min video) and a case study guide.

For the final deliverable, I would like a comprehensive report in a maximum 500-word case analysis format with an appendix for any relevant references used. The structure will be outlined in the sample case provided and I will provide the plan so you know what is required for each section
