I am Sohail Abbas, i am working as a financial controller in a company named "Qatar Business Events Corporation" which is based in Qatar.
I want a skillful person who has an experience in documenting policies and procedures for finance department to enhance our finance department policy manual. Currently we have a finance department policy manual but it is a kind of primitives and we need to have a sophisticated version of policy and procedure manual along with a risk register.
