Finance-Focused Back-end Developer Required

Looking for somebody with. a Finance and IT development background.
Problem
1. Currently, we use excel template to gather project financial requirements. The excel template has multiple tabs with information on Project costs, business costs and project benefits. All feed into a a summary tab that calculates ROI , NPV of the project.
2. The excel file has gotten massively big making the user experience poor
3. The inputs from excel needs to be fed into a portfilolio dashboard summarizing multi year project benefits and costs
4. Would like to embed AI copilot in the process and in the dashboard
Intended solution
1. Our organization development environment is restricted. However we use Altassian that has a marketplace, which could be addressed to serve the solution. This is just an option, feel free to proposase an alternative.
