Finance Expert for MVNO

For our client, a leading digital infrastructure systems integrator and IT solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an interim Finance expert.
The Finance expert will have to define finance and reconciliation processes for the MVNO (invoice, collection, finance processes with host, etc. )
This is a hands-on role that will require a significant local presence.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duration: 3 months initially, likely to be extended
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
-Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist,SME, Financial Analyst or relevant role
-Understanding of financial and accounting principles
-Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
-BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
-Additional qualification (e.g. CPA or CFA) is a plus
