Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm seeking a skilled finance analyst who can assist in calculating the repayment contributions for my AU 1st Home buyer loan over the first 12 months. The project also requires a breakdown for years 2, 3, and 4, factoring in family contributions, shares, and a room rental split to shareholders.
Key tasks include:
- Annual breakdown of contributions and shares for years 2, 3, and 4.
- End of term (4 years) estimation of capital growth and profit shareholding split.
The ideal freelancer will need to provide the report in an Excel spreadsheet. Please note that while I have some data available, not all is pre-sourced. The information I do have includes loan details, family contributions, and rental income. The successful candidate will likely need to source some additional data to complete the project.
