I’m racing to finalise my mortgage-broking and finance certification and need a knowledgeable hand to get me across the finish line. I already own the official course notes, lender guidelines and past worksheets, but I’m struggling to turn them into a focused study plan that will let me sit—and pass—the exams without delay.
Here’s what I’m looking for:

You don’t need to supply an entire textbook; I need practical, exam-oriented guidance that maps directly to the Finance & Mortgage Broking Competency Units (particularly the NCCP Act, servicing calculations and credit proposal documentation). If you’ve recently sat the exam yourself or regularly coach new brokers, that experience will be a huge plus.
