Excel expert

I have expenses for a baseball team for field cost, uniform cost, and tournament cost etc. I need to see how much profit I would make depending on the amount I charge per player vs. all of my expenses. I would like to just be able to enter the expenses, and then I can see if I am losing money or making money depending on how much I charge.
