Europe Recruiter & Representative
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a seasoned recruiter who is already living somewhere within Europe and can also act as our regional face to partners and clients. The role is fully remote and I’m happy to adapt to your local time zone, yet I do expect you to be easy to reach during core business hours when coordination is required.
Your core focus will be sourcing and pre-screening senior-level professionals with solid Finance backgrounds. I will rely on you to build and nurture a pipeline, run initial interviews, and keep our internal notes tidy so that our hiring managers can step in smoothly for the final rounds. Beyond recruiting, you will occasionally join calls or exchange emails with European partners to answer basic company questions and reinforce our brand presence.
To thrive here you should already have hands-on recruiting experience, communicate fluently in English, and feel comfortable jumping on video or phone whenever it keeps the process moving.
