Develop Payment gateway

I need a payment gateway solution for my matrimonial company registered in India below are my requirements please contact me only if you can do this job because not qualified will not be entertained

1. Payment gateway solution for international customers who can pay in their local currencies.
2. Paypal, Stripe, Razorpay, and Pay u does not support matrimonial business in India as they consider it a high-risk payment.
3. Payment solution should be smooth and reliable for card payment processing or customer can pay by any master or visa card.
4. Targeted currencies are CAD,USD,GBP,AUD,EUR
