Create Financial Models

This project is for a startup strategy consulting firm that has very minimal financial info, just the very basic bookkeeping. What's needed is to create financial models that include revenue model, sales pipeline, P&L by project and consolidated, budgeting model, actual vs. budget analysis, cashflow analysis and forecast. The main objective is to build models that can be viewed by all the stakeholders and provide a clear dashboard of the company's financial status.
