# Native Japanese Banking & Finance Professionals – Conversational Audio Recording Project

## Project Overview

We are seeking native Japanese speakers with professional experience in banking, financial services, accounting, economics, treasury, compliance, insurance, fintech, investment, lending, wealth management, or related finance sectors to participate in a paid conversational audio collection project for AI training.

Participants will engage in natural, unscripted conversations with another native Japanese speaker on banking and finance-related topics. The collected recordings will be used to improve commercial speech and language AI systems.

This is a remote freelance opportunity that can be completed from home.

## Important Eligibility Requirements

To ensure authentic domain expertise, applicants must have a professional background in one or more of the following areas:

Participants will be paired with another native Japanese speaker and will engage in natural conversations related to one or more of the following banking subdomains:

### 4. Risk, Compliance & Legal

* KYC
* AML
* Compliance reviews
* Risk management
* Regulatory requirements and approvals

### 5. Internal Management & Technology

* Internal meetings
* Governance discussions
* Project management
* Technology initiatives
* Operational incidents

Conversations should be professional, realistic, spontaneous, and unscripted.

## Recording Requirements

* Native or near-native Japanese proficiency
* Two participants per conversation
* Conversation duration: 5–25 minutes (average approximately 15 minutes)
* Participants may join multiple sessions
* Maximum contribution limit applies per participant
* Natural conversational style (no reading from scripts)
* Natural Japanese-English code-switching may be used only where it would occur naturally in a professional environment

## Technical Requirements

* Recording sessions will be conducted remotely via Zoom
* Participants must have access to a PC or laptop capable of running Zoom
* Stable internet connection required
* Quiet recording environment with minimal background noise
* Clear audio quality
* Participants should use a headset or microphone whenever possible

## Participant Requirements

Applicants must:

* Be native Japanese speakers
* Be between 21–66 years of age
* Have professional experience in a finance-related field
* Be comfortable discussing banking and financial topics professionally
* Be available to participate in live Zoom recording sessions
* Be able to provide an anonymized CV for background verification

## Compensation

Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and will be based on participation volume and project requirements.
