We are looking for a reputable, fluent in Spanish and the UK grocery / FMCG sector Auditor.
The scope of the project is
1. Review / validate our claims against our former co packer for supplying out of specification products and other contract breaches. Make an assessment of the damages caused by the loss of major UK and international grocery customers based on historical sales and other data such as customer contracts.
2. Prepare a financial expert witness report based on above review
3. Later appear as a financial expert witness in Spain to testify in court.
