I am seeking a professional with experience in nanotechnology, manufacturing, and engineering to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for a factory that will produce multi-walled carbon nanotubes on a large scale.
- My intent is for the factory to serve both research and development and production needs.
- I plan to manufacture multi-walled nanotubes using the CVD method only.
- The projected production capacity is large-scale, upward of 500 kg/month.
The deliverable will be a detailed report including the following:
- Market feasibility
- Technical feasibility
- Financial feasibility
- Operational feasibility
- Financial Model
- Building the production setup and cost for CNT using only the CVD method.
- Level of profitability
- Raw Materials Needed for production and cost
- Production of Carbon Nanotube using only the CVD method
- Number of devices needed (CVD DEVICES)
- Number of grams produced in one batch
- Factory recommended area size
Only those with experience in the study of nanotechnology and analysis of industrial projects should bid on this project. A strong understanding of and experience in high-volume manufacturing is also highly desirable. Those with previous experience conducting similar feasibility studies will be prioritized. The report should be clear, concise, and backed up by findings and relevant data.
