We have secured the Debt side of the necessary capital to purchase high cash flow generating assets such as hotels, apartments and established businesses from a very large bank.
We are looking for several individuals to assist us in raising the equity side of the equation.

We have a debt arrangement of up to €10,000,000 per project, meaning the total asset value can be up to €20,000,000. The smallest size investment has a debt value of €2,000,000 and total asset value of €4,000,000.
Each asset purchase will be as a SPV so every time the caps are reached we will purchase an asset and move on to create a new SPV.
