CPA for transaction advice
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a CPA to provide advice on accounting and tax treatment for a small business acquisition. The acquisition is of a small medical practice and the price is $7 plus a monthly earn out based on % revenue for 5 years. I need to know how to treat the earn out payouts and also how to put the acquired asset on my books. Must be United States based only.
