We have a couple of Google Sheets:
- 5 year cash flow forecast
- CAC calculator (doens't quite work for us as it doens't take into account set up fees only MMR
Looking to develop/re-engineer what we have further to also track business KPI's and ratios.
As a business we know our figures but we don't know what 'good' looks like in the wider industry, we need to automatically flag up things we are behind with/that are not meeting expectations.
