Business Evaluation

Evaluate a company in order to come to a conclusion about a potential acquisition. Analyse the market attractiveness, profile and other strategic aspects of the company. Analyze the financial statements and define a price for the acquisition. Create a capital structure for the transaction. Built projected revenues and working capital assumptions. Build a return analysis with a 3 year, 4 year, 5 year exits. The analysis should show the way that you have calculated enterprise value and equity value to determine your returns. Show a range of exit multiples, and the associated IRR, dollar gains, and multiple of invested capital (ROI) in the analysis. The models should be submitted in Excel.
