Business Controller for a large car dealership in Oslo, Norway

For our client, who is a leader in their industri located in Oslo, Norway, we seek a forward looking and skilled business controller full-time, for a 9-12 month long management for hire assignment, starting June 2024. Our client is commitment to excellence, innovation and to enhance operational efficiencies to drive business success.

Your tasks will include:

- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Cash flow management
- Investment analysis
- Cost controlling
- Ad hoc analysis and project work

Ideal applicants will have experience in the car dealership sector and a solid track record in managing similar financial tasks. Proven ability in strategic planning, risk management, and change management is also expected. Your ability to deliver financial insights and drive operational efficiencies will be critical to your success in this role.

Personal Qualities and education:
-Analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills

-Proactive and independent with a hands-on approach to challenges
-Strong team-orientation
-High level of integrity and accountability
-A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA/CPA) is advantageous
