Beginner Japanese Corporate Finance Instructor

I am searching for a Japanese bilingual instructor with a beginner level understanding of Corporate Finance. You will be focusing your teaching on this specific area of finance to aspiring business owners. The ideal instructor should:

• Have a genuine understanding of basic concepts in Corporate Finance
• Be capable of delivering Structured Lessons to explain these concepts clearly
• Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, but mostly Japanese.
• Have some relevant experience in teaching or tutoring

So the context of the project that our selected training provider booked an english speaking instructor, rather than a Japanese one despite our requirements. We have two options, either the new teacher can conduct the training based on that existing material (which we can share) or we build new content (which might increase deadlines). The most important requirement is for the teacher to be bilingual in Japanese

The project is to teach a class of Japanese students (12 participants) online, outside of working hours (training should normally start around 6PM JST)
