Acquisition Financial Forecast Modelling
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I am looking for someone to build a three statement excel model and forecast From a CIM attached that will contain the following components
i. Valuation and methodology;
ii. Capital structure recommendation;
iii. Opening balance sheet;
iv. Projected financial statements (3-statement model) including various key assumptions;
v. Bank covenant compliance testing, if required;
vi. EBITDA analysis;
vii. Historical financial information, as necessary; and
viii. Expected IRR and other suggested performance metrics.
