Format Finale File

I need someone with expert skills in Finale v 26.3 to format the attached file.
There should be 3 parts;
1. Flute
2. Keyboard
3. Flute & Keyboard.

the following specifications apply:
Each part should be on a page size Finale Page Size 186 mm Wide, 190mm high – margins 1mm L & R.
On Bass clef, measure numbers should be below the staff.
No collisions between measure numbers and expressions.
In Part 3, Flute staff should be 10% smaller than keyboard staves.
Barlines should extend between staves.
Staff bracketing should display correctly.
