Video Looping and Transparency -- 2

I need someone to loop around 60 MP4 videos I've created. The loops should play continuously and have the correct sizing.

Requirements:
- Final resolution: Custom size (to be discussed)
- The sky in the videos should be made transparent.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
