I shoot a steady flow of fitness, power-lifting and arm-wrestling footage and need each session moulded into a high-retention Instagram Reel. The single most important thing for me is that every reel spotlights the key moments—the heavy lock-out, the explosive arm-pin, the personal-best deadlift—so viewers feel the intensity and stick around to the end.

Fast cuts and smooth transitions are welcome, but never at the cost of those highlights. Keep captions simple and minimalistic, perfectly timed and positioned so they complement, not clutter, the frame. Underneath, I want trending social-media tracks (plus the occasional punchy sound effect) mixed cleanly so the music lifts the energy without drowning the action.

Colour-grade for a crisp, professional gym aesthetic, apply any subtle motion graphics that reinforce the brand, and export a ready-to-post 9:16 reel. I’ll supply the raw clips; you deliver the finished product—ideally created in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or any tool you’re fast with.
