Final Cut Pro Slideshow Template Design Optimized for 1000+ Images

I am looking for an experienced video editor to create a reusable slideshow template/workflow in Final Cut Pro.

The goal is to make my editing process as simple and fast as possible when working with a large number of images.

What I need:

Each image should automatically appear with:
