FCP Color Correction Expert Needed

I have a five-minute video that was shot in mixed lighting and, unfortunately, a reshoot isn’t an option. I’ve pushed the footage as far as I comfortably can in Final Cut Pro, but the results still feel uneven and amateur.
Your task is to balance and grade this clip so it looks natural and realistic—no heavy cinematic filters, just true-to-life skin tones, consistent exposure, and clean whites and blacks. I don’t have specific LUTs or reference stills; I’d rather rely on your eye and experience to get the best out of what’s there.
Please work natively in Final Cut Pro (latest version preferred) so I can drop your corrected project back into my timeline without round-tripping through other apps. A finished .fcpbundle or XML plus the graded video export will be perfect. If we’re both happy with the outcome, I have several additional clips waiting in line for the same treatment.
