Final Cut Pro X - Glitches Troubleshooting

I am looking for a skilled Final Cut Pro X expert who can help me troubleshoot glitches in my B-roll footage. I am looking to hire someone for approximately a 1 hour Zoom call where the FCPX consultant can walk me through the issues, help me understand why the issues exist, how to resolve them, and what buttons to click.

Specifically, I am experiencing issues with JPEGs used as titles for videos, as they have green lines on the right side. I also have events where I can see and use all media, but see a warning triangle for the event and am not able to get rid of it.

Additionally, I would like to be able to import and use PNGs from Canva into my projects, however, FCPX glitches severely and shows black screens in playback sometimes when PNGs are added to project timeline. Please indicate in your proposal that you understand the problem from the attached image.
