Custom FCPX Template for YouTube Vlog

I'm in need of a custom FCPX template tailored for my YouTube vlog. The template should include various transitions, as well as other elements outlined in the brief.
This is a MOTION TEMPLATE project only (no creative design). The final deliverable should be the Effects, Generators, and Transitions needed to make the template function with FCPX10.
The primary function of the template is to create dynamic transforming frames and transitions. (see "Rowie NewsFrame" as an example).
