Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a talented filmmaker to create a short romantic comedy film based on the theme of invisible string theory.
Key Requirements:
- The story should revolve around the comedic and unexpected ways two people are connected by fate in an urban setting.
- The film should creatively illustrate the concept of invisible strings tying people together.
- Completely cartoon animation
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in scriptwriting for romantic comedies
- Experience in urban-themed short films
- Strong storytelling skills, especially in conveying complex themes in a humorous light
- Ability to manage production in an urban environment
Plot:
- The short film will be used with a background song, so no voiceover or speaking is necessary.
- The story includes the Bear featured on Kanye West's album, Graduation.
- The idea of the Bear is to act as the "cupid" or "wingman".
- The story is based on two lovers who have always lived in the same town, been around the same group of friends, but only met when the time was right, not knowing they were in front of each other the whole time.
