I’m launching a weekly food-vlog series from my home kitchen in the western suburbs of Mumbai and need someone who can handle both shooting and editing in a documentary / storytelling style. Each session will run just a few hours, during which we’ll record 1-2 recipes along with the ingredient back-story and any interesting tips that surface while I cook.

Here’s what I absolutely need captured every week:
• Close-up shots of key ingredients
• Wide shots that follow the entire cooking process
• My spoken narration and ingredient stories, recorded cleanly

After the shoot, you’ll edit the footage into Youtube video+ a tight YouTube Shorts format (vertical, ≤60 s, ready to upload with basic colour correction, text overlays and copyright-safe background music). Consistency is important, so I’m looking for someone comfortable working on a recurring schedule and able to keep the visual style uniform across episodes.

You’ll need to bring your own camera, basic lighting and audio gear; I’ll supply the food and the stories. Turnaround time I’m aiming for is 3–4 days after each shoot. If this sounds like the perfect blend of culinary creativity and filmmaking for you, let’s talk and lock in our first session.
